My First Week in Science Club: Building Rockets

Joining the Greenfield International Science Club was one of the best decisions I have made this year. In our very first week, the instructor introduced us to the basics of aerodynamics. We got to design and build our own water bottle rockets! It was amazing to see how the angle of launching and the volume of water inside the bottle changed the altitude and distance. I can’t wait for next week’s challenge.

Why Learning to Code is Essential in High School

In today’s digital age, coding is no longer just for software engineers. Learning how to write code teaches you how to think critically and solve problems step-by-step. In high school, starting with languages like Python or HTML gives you a solid foundation. You learn to build websites, automate tasks, and even make games. It gives you a huge advantage regardless of whether you pursue science, commerce, or arts.

The Importance of Physical Education and Sports

Participating in sports is not just about physical health; it is about building character. When you play in a team, you learn how to communicate, collaborate, and handle defeats gracefully. Our annual sports tournament taught me that consistency and discipline are key to success. Balancing academics with sports helps keep the mind fresh and reduces stress.
